Welcome to Green Hostel Katowice!⏰ Check-in Information:
Check-in time: 16:30 – 22:00
Reception hours: 16:30 – 22:00 only
Early or late check-in is NOT possible.
Luggage drop-off outside of check-in hours is NOT possible.🛎️ How to Check In:
Go to Plac Wolności 9.
Use the code 2580# at the left side of the street door
Go up to the mezzanine floor – Reception bar is located there.
Reception is open from 16:30 to 22:00. No exceptions.
Please present your original passport or ID (no copies or photos).
You will receive a key card for access and will be asked to sign the hostel registration form.📝 Hostel Rules:
Always wear shoes and proper clothing in all common areas.
Guests under 18 must be with an adult person.
Children are not allowed to stay in shared rooms.
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 06:00
No entry for guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Violation of rules = Immediate removal without refund.
The hostel staff may refuse entry to anyone at their discretion.
After 22:00, the hostel is closed, and check-in is no longer possible.
If you do not arrive during check-in hours, your booking will be marked as "No Show".
For any refund requests, please contact Booking.com directly.🔑 Check-Out Procedure:
A key card drop safe box is located opposite to Reception bar.
Show your key card number to the camera and place the card in the safe to complete check-out.📶 Free Wi-Fi:
